1. What are the shipping times?


Products will be shipped within two days of order placement and then take up to two weeks to arrive at your address. Each product in the store has an estimated delivery time which you can find in the product description.

2. What is the return policy?


Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns go against our commitment to sustainability. Every return has a carbon footprint. So tell us what went wrong, send us a photo, and we'll give you a full refund. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

3. What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

If there is a problem with the order, if the size or color is incorrect, the product is defective or not exactly what you wanted, just let us know and we will offer you a refund.

4. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for some reason you did not get the exact product you wanted, let us know and we will get you a new one.
